Shipping policy
Upon the arrival of your order, please meticulously inspect each item. You are responsible for examining all cartons and merchandise to identify any potential damage during transit. In the event of damaged cartons, hole punches, or any visible issues:
Document the Damage:
- Take clear photos of any damaged items or cartons.
- Write on the delivery receipt: "Subject to inspection."
- If the damage is significant, consider refusing acceptance and take photos for your records.
- All claims for shortages and/or damage to cartons or products must be photographed in the presence of the carrier.
- Report any issues on the delivery receipt and inform Eupen Furniture within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Take a photo of the delivery receipt for future claims against the transport company.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer's sole responsibility to:
- Measure the furniture for its intended purposes.
- Ensure it will fit through doors, entrances, tight corners in hallways, and fit in elevators or staircases.
- Check ceiling height and width to navigate to basements or second floors.
- Confirm that the furniture fits the intended space.
Clearance / Floor Sample Items:
Clearance and floor sample items are available for local store pickup or GTA delivery only due to the unavailability of original packaging for safe shipping. This ensures the items reach you in the best condition possible. Please keep this in mind when selecting these items for purchase.
