Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If your item is defective, we will replace it or provide replacement parts at no charge to you. Regular priced, in-stock furniture, in its original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Smaller items like pillows and select accessories may be eligible for return with a $19 restocking fee, plus applicable taxes, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Larger items such as home or office furniture may incur a restock processing charge upwards of 20% of the original purchase price, at our discretion.

Shipping and Fees:

Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees to Eupen Furniture or its warehouse. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and assembled items or those without complete and undamaged original packaging cannot be returned.

Clearance items, one-of-a-kind pieces, floor models, and special/custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds.

Special Order and Custom Products:

All custom and special orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

Other Products not Eligible for Return or Cancellation:

Special orders from U.S. products are considered final sale once processed, whether in transit or received.
Products such as pillows, blankets, mirrors, lighting, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.

No Returns or Exchanges on Marbles:

As marble is a natural material, unique characteristics like veining, pitting, fissures, micro-cracks, and color variations contribute to its beauty and are not considered defects.

Cancellation before Order Arrival:

Estimated Time/Date of Arrival (ETA) is tentative and not a valid reason for cancellation due to potential changes beyond our control. If you need to cancel your order before receiving it, a 10% processing/admin fee applies. U.S. products are non-refundable.

Order Modification:

Orders may be modified within 3 days from the time of ordering. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.

Return Details:

  • Return items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging materials included.
  • Items must be received at our facility within 30 days.

    We inspect all returned items. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will promptly ship the correct item ordered.

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to request a return authorization# within 5 days of receiving your order.

    Items returned without authorization# will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.
